Bryn Stevens

Bryn graduated from Macquarie University in 2014 with a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. He is currently completing a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) at the Victorian College of Law.

Bryn practices exclusively in all areas of Family Law and matters involving family violence and is able to assist clients with matters including:

Bryn has appeared and instructed extensively in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and in the Magistrates Court of Victoria. Bryn is highly experienced in seeking to resolve his clients’ matters by negotiation, mediation and Alternate Dispute Resolution processes. Where matters fail to settle, he is an experienced litigator. Bryn provides his clients with personalised advice in a pragmatic, compassionate and understanding manner and will always seek to resolve matters in a timely and cost-effective manner and without the need to resort to litigation if at all possible.

Bryn has a particular interest in complex financial and property matters.

Away from the office, Bryn enjoys cycling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
