John Perry (B. Juris, LLB) has been practising law for over 35 years and has extensive experience in Wills, Estates and Wills Disputes.

Michael Weston

Partner

Michael Weston (LLB, A.S.L.I.V. Accredited Family Law Specialist) has been practising law for over 25 years and has expertise in all aspects of Family Law including:

Michael appears frequently in the Federal Magistrates Court and Family Court and also undertakes extensive work as an Independent Children’s Lawyer. He has undertaken advanced training in Collaborative Law, a process by which Family Law disputes can be resolved by way of a structured negotiation process.
Michael also has expertise in small business and liquor licensing matters.
Michael is actively involved in Local Amateur Theatre Productions, many community groups and sporting associations, and is a member of a local Wine Appreciation Group. He is an active weekend golfer and cricket umpire.

Amanda Dugdale has 30 years legal experience, specialising in Conveyancing.

Jade Mitchell has tertiary qualifications in Conveyancing (Diploma of Financial Services Conveyancing) and has extensive experience within the legal field.

Rebecca Catena is currently completing her tertiary qualifications in Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) and works in our Conveyancing Department. Rebecca is also our Probate Clerk and is experienced in all matters relating to Deceased Estates, Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, Wills and Family Law Property.
