Elise graduated from La Trobe University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws, having already completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne and is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts.
Elise practices in the areas of Family Law, Intervention Order proceedings, Wills and Estates, and Contested Wills and Estates matters.
Elise is able to assist in both simple and complicated matters involving applications for divorce, parenting matters and property division arising out of breakdown of marriage and de facto relationships including negotiation, mediation, litigation before the Federal Magistrates Court and the Family Court and preparing and giving advice in relation to financial agreements.
Having appeared frequently before the Magistrates Court, Federal Magistrates Court and Family Court, as well as running complicated trials in the County Court, Elise is highly experienced in litigation as well resolving matters by negotiation and agreement outside of Court.
Elise is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.
